Qualifications / Requirements:



Basic knowledge in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical works.



Able to perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep.



With valid driver’s license; capable of driving and operating company vehicles when required.



Knowledgeable in workplace safety procedures and proper use of tools.



Physically fit, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
