POSITION PURPOSE

The Handyperson is responsible to the Assistant Manager for the delivery of 1st fix maintenance as requested through the CAFM system (ALICE) and Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules, and the undertaking of designated Health and Safety duties across the 5 Star Golf and Hotel Resort whilst working a flexible shift pattern. In addition, the incumbent is expected to have the knowledge and where necessary assist in all other general FM tasks, as directed by the Assistant Managers & Director of Engineering & Security.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prioritise work schedules in accordance with guest needs
  
• React to requests to assess and repair, where possible, faults with all aspects of maintenance work at the Resort effectively and efficiently. Including but not limited to; HVAC, lighting, small power issues, plumbing problems, and standby generator maintenance.
