A remote lodge set within an unfenced conservancy on Kenya's Laikipia Plateau is seeking a hands-on MAINTENANCE HEAD to join their team.
This is a technical, team-leading role suited to someone comfortable running maintenance operations in a remote, off-grid environment. You'll need to be equally at home managing people as you are managing generators, solar systems, and water treatment plants.

- Solid technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, solar, and HVAC systems
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a maintenance team
