**Maintenance Lead – Brockton, MA**
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
**Pay:** $34.00–$37.00/hr + $1/hr shift differential

**Position Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Lead** to join our team on 2nd shift. In this leadership role, you will assist the Maintenance Manager and coordinate maintenance activities during the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems within a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in food manufacturing, and the ability to lead, train, and support maintenance personnel while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
