What you will do

• Manage and Lead the maintenance team.
• Support Plant Manager with CAPEX and FE - Fix Expenses budgeting
• Participate and contribute in all improvement initiatives such as 6S, Safety Excellence, Winning Together, Waste reduction, etc.
• Place service calls to outside repair/contractor agencies
• Interface and support contractors as needed
• Report safety and environmental incidents.
• Ensure all operators have the relevant training to operate equipment related to their assignments in a safe manner.
• Ensure that all company policies, including all safety policies, are followed.
