Your position

As a Maintenance Supervisor , you will report directly to the Head of Maintenance for the Tlalnepantla Plant and play an integral role in the team.

You will:

• Review and update maintenance plans in the system
• Perform maintenance shutdowns
• Track maintenance backlogs
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase availability and capacity
• Contractor management
