**Responsibilities**

+ Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, tests, and maintains CNC, laser, and multi-axis production equipment.
+ Performs major mechanical repairs on lathes, milling machines, drill presses, laser cutters, jig borers, and other automated machinery.
+ Diagnoses mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic equipment failures.
+ Conducts operational testing, alignment, calibration, and precision adjustments on electromechanical systems.
+ Repairs and maintains both conventional and electronically controlled production equipment.
+ Disassembles, repairs, replaces, and reinstalls damaged or worn machine parts and assemblies.
+ Performs mechanical and optical repairs independently or alongside electrical/electronic technicians.
