Maintenance Manager, Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager. This role is the site lead for all engineering matters within a building, responsible for leading their team, building a culture of safety, ensuring statutory compliance, providing high equipment availability to the General Manager or Site Leader, and working with the Global Engineering team to plan for future growth. The manager also participates in network-wide improvement initiatives and implements standards created elsewhere in the network.
