**Maintenance Manager**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Manager plans and coordinates all site maintenance activities, ensures that required parts are ordered and available for scheduled tasks, and closely tracks job progress from initiation through completion. This role oversees services for plant utilities, including hot oil units, air compressors, and chillers, while maintaining accurate records and promoting a safe, well-organized maintenance operation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate all site maintenance activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
+ Order and track parts and materials required for specific maintenance tasks to ensure availability before work begins.
