SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the facilities. The Maintenance Manager supervises the Maintenance team to ensure all plant maintenance processes and operations goals are met or exceeded.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop methods and strategies to capitalize on efforts to improve up time. Create and implement maintenance procedures and plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
