Mission
The mission of this position is to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all maintenance, refrigeration, utilities, and facility systems across the plant. The Maintenance Manager works closely and collaboratively with Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Safety, Sanitation, and Fabrication teams to maximize equipment reliability, plant efficiency, food safety, and employee safety. This role is responsible for developing a world-class maintenance organization that supports continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business growth while leading a 24/7 maintenance operation.
