Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Manufacturing is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• To plan, coordinate and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility within the constructs of Occupational Health & Safety Regulations; and oversee the day-to-day performance of the Maintenance team
• Repairs and Maintenance: Manage all repairs and maintenance (preventative and emergency) activities and projects on brief, on budget and on time
• Staff Management
• Financial management, budgeting and due diligence regarding spending
• Procurement, stores & stock control, using a modern project management program
• Site compliance
• Fleet maintenance
• Maintenance of security systems
• Reporting
