Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Management
Manage all planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
Ensure maintenance requests are completed within service level requirements
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and annual building inspections
Maintain building infrastructure, plant and equipment
Drive preventative maintenance programmes
Facilities & Contractor Management
Supervise contractors and service providers
Oversee cleaning, security, landscaping and pest control contractors
Monitor contractor performance and SLA compliance
Coordinate maintenance projects and emergency repairs
Ensure quality workmanship and regulatory compliance
Technical Operations
Perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry maintenance
Coordinate specialist repairs where required
Maintain HVAC, refrigeration and building systems
Troubleshoot technical faults and minimise downtime
