**Job Description Summary**
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance department to ensure maximum equipment availability, facility safety, and operational efficiency. This role oversees a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, manages the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, controls the maintenance budget, leads site CapEx spend, and drives reliability improvements. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Working with Aero Alliance. Aero Alliance is a joint venture between GE Vernova and Baker Hughes, specializing in the repair and remanufacturing of channel-owned industrial gas turbine engines — including the LM 2500, LM 6000, and LMS series.
