As Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Plan, coordinate and carry out preventative maintenance, repairs and project activities for equipment and systems to ensure optimal facility operations. Duties include mechanical, electrical and carpentry/structural work involving ventilation systems, small builds, water systems, pumps, motors, feed systems, heaters, furnace systems, pressure washers and trucks for three designated buildings and a truck wash.
