About the Role

An established landscaping contractor is seeking an experienced Horticulture Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance division in Brisbane.

This role will oversee 3-4 maintenance teams (2-3 staff per team) delivering high-quality horticultural maintenance across residential and small commercial sites. Work will include activities such as pruning, mowing, pest control, fertilising, returfing and minor irrigation works.

The position is primarily leadership focused, responsible for motivating staff, maintaining exceptional quality standards and building strong client relationships. The role will be approximately 60% office based and 40% field based, with occasional hands-on support when required.
