**What’s the Job?**

+ **Supervise and lead Maintenance and Crib team leaders (up to 30 employees), including coaching, training, performance management, and employee development**
+ **Oversee equipment, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency**
+ Manage large-scale projects, capital submissions, facility upgrades, and contractor/vendor relationships
