Maintenance Manager (Multi‑Skilled)

Oldbury, West Midlands ‑ £50,000 - £60,000

Shift pattern: Mon‑Thurs 08:00 – 17:00, Fri 08:00 – 14:00 (early finish). 39.5 hours per week.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to join a growing and forward‑thinking manufacturing business based in Oldbury, operating at the cutting edge of manual and robotic wet paint applications. The company supports a diverse client base across automotive, defence, medical and consumer goods sectors and is looking for a driven leader to take ownership of maintenance operations across two sites.

• Lead and manage all planned and reactive maintenance activities
