Position Overview

            Education & Experience 
Qualification:  Diploma or certified trade qualification in building, electrical, plumbing or carpentry, 
Experience:  5+ years of facilities/maintenance management experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in a 5-star lodge, or remote game reserve. 
Driver's License:  Valid South African Code 08/EB Driver's License 
Facility Management: Oversee the structural integrity and operation of lodge buildings, guest chalets, public areas, and staff housing.   
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to extend asset lifespan   
Manage specialized bush infrastructure, including industrial generators, water purification plants, boreholes, solar arrays, and waste-water systems.
