Role Overview

In this role, you will ensure reliable infrastructure and equipment performance by managing maintenance activities and executing capital projects across the operation. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, dams, roads, water and waste systems, as well as overseeing fleet, vehicles, and farming equipment. You will also lead preventative maintenance planning, manage asset systems, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications Hold an N6 with Trade Test or a tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or engineering. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with proven experience in asset management systems, infrastructure maintenance, and budget control. Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
