Provide general oversight and responsibility for equipment and personnel within the assigned building. Strive to promote efficiency in all aspects of the building's operations. Track and evaluate performance against enterprise and national benchmarks. Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality standards. Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality. Meet or exceed the plant uptime goal of %. Maintain a building call response time of minutes or less.
