SUMMARY OF POSITION
:
This position will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment which may involve electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair or similar. Conducts routine preventive maintenance functions, completes work requests and responds to emergencies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalency required. Mechanical training and one (1) year hands on job related experience in repair of stationary or mobile equipment required.
Valid Driver's License required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Five (5) years of experience in mechanical repairs, including electrical and plumbing trades is preferred. Experience in operating tractors, forklifts, bucket trucks, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
