**What You’ll Do**

**Preventative Maintenance (≈50%)**

Keep equipment running smoothly by performing scheduled maintenance that reduces downtime and extends machine life.

**Troubleshooting & Repairs (≈35%)**

Diagnose and resolve complex issues across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems—getting production back online quickly and safely....
