**HVAC Maintenance Technician**

🕒 **Shifts Available**

+ **Training (1st Shift):** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
+ **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
+ **Weekend Shift:** Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM _(Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40)_

🏭 **Environment:** Commercial & Manufacturing Facility

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair **HVAC systems**
+ **Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical issues**
+ **Service compressors, motors, pumps, wiring, and controls**
+ **Perform preventive & predictive maintenance**
+ **Read blueprints & electrical schematics**
+ **Maintain building systems & facility equipment**
+ **Document repairs and follow safety regulations**

**Requirements**

+ **4–7 years HVAC maintenance experience**
+ **Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills**
+ **Experience with commercial HVAC systems**
