**Maintenance Mechanic - $32.50-36.50/hr Direct Placement**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and associated production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot conveyor systems quickly and accurately to minimize downtime.
+ Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as chains, sprockets, gears, bearings, and drive shafts.
+ Work on timing systems, ensuring accurate setup, adjustment, and synchronization of mechanical components.
+ Support electrical troubleshooting, including working with PLC-controlled systems, relays, sensors, photo eyes, and pumps.
+ Perform routine checks and adjustments on ovens, slicers, coolers, and packaging machines as needed.
+ Replace low-voltage components such as sensors, relays, and photo eyes to maintain reliable equipment operation.
+ Collaborate with other technicians and the lead technician on each shift to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
