**Job Description**

The Maintenance Mechanic maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of industrial production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of manufacturing lines. This role focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, rapid response to equipment issues, and implementation of technical solutions that support process improvements in a highly regulated, high-volume manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all assigned industrial equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on production and packaging equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.
