Main duties and responsibilities
Performing routine maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds, to the highest standards. Conducting regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. Address issues related to building systems, machinery, and appliances efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when performing maintenance tasks to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment. Reporting any safety hazards or concerns to the Site Manager.
