Must hold a full, clean UK driver's License and be willing and be flexible with respect to travel (pool vehicle available for this purpose) and maybe required to stay overnight on occasion. Travel between sites may be required (up to a 50-mile radius).

Some experience at a professional level will be required in respect of painting and decorating skills.

Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
