As an enhanced service to the residents, weekly GP visits are conducted at Copper Beech Care Home, enabling residents to receive regular, personalised medical reviews as part of the person‑centred care. The home prepares delicious meals and snacks for residents to enjoy in the social dining area or in the comfort of the privacy of the resident’s room. There are always plenty of favourites on the menu, but the staff also talk to each resident on arrival about likes and dislikes, and any special dietary requirements. An active lifestyle is supported, with carers helping residents to access the hobbies and interests that inspire them and there are many activities to take part in such as arts and crafts, bingo and games. We make health happen here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most.
