The Maintenance Operator role is responsible for all general maintenance, operational support, repairs and upkeep at the terminal facility. The level of complexity and responsibility increases with the job grade level. Follows instructions and utilizes standard practices and procedures to develop resolutions to problems of limited scope. Duties are typically repetitive or routine in nature and work is closely supervised. Assignments are provided with little reliance on self-direction.
