**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing accurate job plans, coordinating third‑party resources, and building fully logic‑tied Primavera P6 schedules that support safe, efficient, and predictable maintenance and turnaround execution. This role ensures all work is planned, resourced, sequenced, and communicated with precision, using SAP and P6 as core tools. The duties are performed under general supervision in Conroe, TX. ​

**Maintenance & Turnaround Planning**

+ Develop detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, and safety requirements.
+ Build and maintain accurate work orders in SAP.
+ Review backlog, PMs, and TA scope to ensure all work is properly planned and prioritized.
