Position Overview

This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on the Corporate and Transportation facility, covering both interior and exterior structures, systems, and fixtures. Work involves a variety of skilled trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, locksmithing, flooring, electrical, welding, mechanical systems, and HVACEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct routine daily inspections and maintenance of building interiors and exteriors. 

 Assist with and perform general maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across the facility.

Support installation, maintenance, and repair work across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, welding, locksmithing, flooring, mechanics, and HVAC. 

 Inspect property grounds and communicate with management regarding landscaping, cleanup, and general maintenance needs.
