Main Tasks:
- Responsible for managing maintenance and our management system for the same on a daily basis.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant Class, Statutory and Company rules, regulations and policies.
- Responsible for monitoring and trending of maintenance performance.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvements of onboard maintenance, as well as the overarching management system for maintenance.
- Supporting innovation, including digitalization initiatives, relating to maintenance with the purpose of improving how we maintain, monitor and operate our vessels.
- Play a key role in further developing our Maintenance Strategy.
Required qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or vessel experience from engine or deck department. Other relevant experience may compensate for lacking formal qualifications.
