Required Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma and eight years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.Related full-time work experience in facilities maintenance or a closely related field.Experience supervising and delegating the work of others.Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Valid driver's license.Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.Preferred Qualifications:
