We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a contract role with one of our clients in USA.

 

Location: Opelika, AL

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, pneumatic, boiler, and other mechanical systems (journey level)


• Understanding of maintenance practices in a manufacturing environment


• Familiarity with OSHA and USDA regulations


• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation


• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines


• Effective communication and leadership skills to coach, motivate, and develop a team


• Proficiency in Client Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
