Duties Description The Maintenance Supervisor 3 (MS3) provides oversight to ensure projects are completed in a safe and timely manner. The MS 3 directs projects, oversees over 25 subordinates, including journey-level tradespersons; and manages a large number of maintenance contracts. The MS3 is required to be on call on a rotational basis shared between the other Work Control Supervisors.
Performs a variety of related duties, including but not limited to:
• Plans, supervises, and provides technical direction to skilled, semiskilled, and unskilled employees.
• Reviews maintenance requests, visits the project site to confirm the nature and extent of maintenance requested and to determine such information as dimensions and the materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the project.
• Manages deficiency reports from various oversight bodies and plans, tracks, and reports on corrective action.
