Embed PeMM every day and ensure compliance and self-audits are performedDevelopment of an optimised maintenance work plan with defined and documented processesDevelopment of appropriate routine maintenance schedulesEnsure accurate data and document control, ensure all work orders are properly managed through CMMSCommunicate and train maintenance personnel in the maintenance proceduresDrive execution of preventive and condition-based maintenance plans.Integration of maintenance activities with production plansAllocate work effectively across shifts to support 24/7 operations.Forward planning of manpower and materials for planned work and ensuring that those resources are marshalled in readiness.
