Position Description

Opportunity exists immediately for a safety committed, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Maintenance Department in the position of Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor will support the achievement of excellent safety, environmental, and reliability performance, leading a team that manages, repairs, and tracks repairable spares, to ensure replacement parts are always ready and cost-effective to reduce equipment downtime and meet operational budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Technical trades group responsible for execution of the precision equipment rebuilds.
• Assign repair tasks to technicians based on their skills and job priority.
• Review worker output to make sure all quality and time goals are met.
