Position: Maintenance Supervisor - Residential Homeowners Association
Reports to: Onsite Property Manager
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of a 484 unit HOA community in addition to working with onsite maintenance technicians. This role ensures that the community is in good condition and meets safety and quality standards. Our goal is for our maintenance team to take pride in the communities we care for, to be stewards of our clients assets and ensure that properties are in a condition owners can be proud of.
