Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor leads the Fixed & Electrical & Instrumentation team across the site, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets operational standards. They oversee maintenance planning, project execution, and troubleshooting while supporting team development and performance management. This role works closely with other departments to align operational systems with site requirements.
