Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor leads the Fixed, Electrical and Instrumentation team across the site, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets operational standards. They oversee maintenance planning, project execution, and troubleshooting while supporting team development and performance management. The role works closely with other departments to align operational systems with site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and develop the Fixed & E&I team across the Keno Hill mine site (surface and underground).
• Ensure that all work is performed in a manner that conforms to site safety policies and procedures while recognizing personnel who consistently meet or exceed expectations.
• Develop audit systems for site infrastructure and corresponding preventative maintenance programs.
• Execute scheduled maintenance with a high level of schedule compliance.
