Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff Respond to emergency calls for maintenance Perform administrative tasks as required Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs Ability to clean, paint, operate electric tools, repair, and install things for the warehouse- as would any other maintenance associate Supervise and lead all maintenance operations and processes Develop and track annual budget for the maintenance department Ensure that all machinery is maintained and at working standards Regularly inspect the facility to detect and resolve problems as early as possible Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with co-workers Maintain repair logs, documenting all preven...
