Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this position is to provide complete administrative oversight and day to day management of the Maintenance Department and oversee all construction and renovation projects. Additionally, this position will supervise and manage electricians, mechanics, steam fitters, locksmith, carpenters, painters, maintenance chiefs, and maintenance supervisors, and perform all other duties as assigned.

POSITION DUTIES

The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative oversight and daily operational management of the Maintenance Department, as well as direct supervision of all construction and renovation projects across the campus.
