Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Supervise Maintenance Team**
2. Lead and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation.
3. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure all maintenance personnel are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.
4. **Preventative Maintenance Program**
5. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities are in optimal working condition.
6. Schedule regular inspections of hotel rooms, common areas, and all equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
7. **Repair and Maintenance**
8. Oversee and carry out routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
