Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor leads frontline mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability through effective execution of preventive, corrective, and improvement actions. This role supervises technicians, responds to equipment breakdowns, and maintains safety and 5S standards across the maintenance workshop and site infrastructure.
