The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading multi‑craft maintenance teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, and reliable execution of maintenance work while supporting production and long‑term asset health.

This role fosters a zero‑incident safety culture, ensures work is completed right the first time, and balances daily execution with strategic maintenance planning.

The Team Leader provides technical expertise above the craft level, oversees schedule compliance, and partners closely with planning, operations, and reliability teams.
