What’s The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for providing safe, compliant, and reliable maintenance and operational support at terminal level, in line with Shell internal standards, Operational Excellence (OE), and external regulatory requirements. The role provides maintenance leadership, operational coverage, and project interface oversight, supporting the Terminal Manager to maintain Terminal In Control (TiC), asset integrity, and continuity of operations—particularly during manpower shortages, operational upsets, and project execution phases.
