Responsibilities

• Drive maximum machine uptime and minimize unplanned downtime
• Lead daily maintenance planning and manpower allocation
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (Downtime %, Breakdown %, PM Compliance)
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine operations
• Coordinate closely with Production to align maintenance with operational targets
• Prepare and analyze technical and performance reports
