Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a well established food manufacturing business in the Vancouver area.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the efficient operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all production equipment and facility systems within a food manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians and contractors.

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely repairs to minimize production downtime.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.

Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.

Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
