**Job Summary:**

Responsible for accomplishing corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems. Create a successful customer service relationship. Performs a variety of duties, related to all maintenance disciplines including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, pneumatic tube, all central energy plant equipment, carpentry, and other responsibilities as assigned. Provides in-depth knowledge and trouble shooting skills on the above maintenance disciplines. Assists and trains other staff members with maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance procedures.
